Ingredients
200g potatoes, peeled and cut into chips
1 white fish fillet (cod)
½ lemon (grated zest and juice)
Parsley leaves, chopped
½ tbsp capers, chopped
1 tbsp 0% Greek yogurt
Method
- Heat oven to 200C/ fan 180C/ gas 6
- Spray chips with fry light and season with pepper and a small amount of salt
- Bake for 40 mins until browned and crisp
- Put the fish in a shallow dish, spray with fry light and season with salt, pepper and ½ lemon juice
- Bake for 12-15 mins (after 10 mins, sprinkle over some parsley and lemon zest)
- Mix the capers, yoghurt, remaining parsley and lemon juice to make the tartare sauce
